dude, its not necessary the you shift the letters by 1... try out combinations to see which gives you a phrase that makes sense :)

you have to refer to the previous hints kuldeep and I have given, and figure out which coding technique is being talked about.
once you figure that out, you have to apply it in such a way that all the words make sense (as in, they're proper dictionary words)
the phrase will be your answer...

that would simply mean giving away the answer... not fair!
the cipher isnt so tough. all you need to do is keep shifting the letters of one word till you find that the word makes sense... then apply the same logic to other words!
now how difficult is that?!

@ritu: The clues we give are a bit cryptic or a bit vaguely connected at times. U know its german right?
@nihal and others: Gotta go to the class now. Will be back only at 7! So hope to see someone crack this by then.

seriously friends...
i have played so many treasure hunts but this is the worst level i could think of...
am working on it for almost 15 hours now...
still its just BERLIN and GERMAN which we get...
the mods have gone to class and no one else who have crossed is willing to share any clues...
this is really not what u expect in a treasure hunt...

U r right dude :) Its one of the worst level(LEVEL 29) of any Treasure hunt.And there is no one to moderate the forum and its a day time too.I m afraid people have already left the game with sheer frustration :)Well I wont leave it till i know the GREAT GERMAN answer to this level :)

have been stuck at 18 n nobody is active there ..n those are are also stuck on same place.. I got the move code and trying to modify the link..but its not working..
